MEALS Meal preparation is available for $8.00 per dinner or lunch and $6.00 for breakfast – for groups of 12 or more. Meals for children under 12 are half price and are free for children under 2. Serving times are 8:00, 12:00, 6:00. For those groups that want to do their own cooking, most of our housing units have small kitchens.
GROUP RATES Please feel free to call us at 575.687.3639 (9AM-5PM MST) or email us at firstname.lastname@example.org for more information on groups over 10 for package deals. Weekend specials with 2 nights and 4 meals start at only $60.00 per person, $35 for children under 12. Minimum of 40 people to reserve entire camp.
BOOKING DETAILS We have facilities available for groups with missions and values similar to Lubbock Christian University. Whether you are planning for a large or small group, we will help you make your stay memorable. For your assistance, the following steps may be useful in scheduling your stay at Pine Springs Camp:
- Determine the desired dates for your event, with alternative dates if possible.
- Determine your lodging needs, based on group size and lodging preferences.

- Pay a $100 booking fee to hold the date selected. This fee is refundable if canceled 30 days prior to your event.
- The final charge will be billed prior to your departure (invoice will be issued before departure and is due net 30)
- Pets of guests not allowed in lodging facilities or on site
- Sign and return the Group Contract, Hold Harmless Agreement and COL (Certificate of Liability) by the deadline requested (your event is not officially booked until Pine Springs receives these signed documents)
- 10 days prior to your event give Pine Springs your estimated attendance numbers.
